1. The specific role of the one-way valve
The one-way valve mainly adjusts the size of the refrigerant and other specific parameters by changing the cross-section of the pipeline. So as to achieve throttling, pressure reduction and regulating the role of refrigerant flow. So as to control the refrigeration system. In this way, the refrigerant can always circulate in one direction, and there will be no abnormal conditions such as reverse flow. Regarding the installation of the check valve, the direction of the arrow marked on the check valve body must be consistent with the flow direction of the refrigerant inside the system.
2. The precautions when installing the one-way valve
(1) Pay attention to ensure the flexibility of the one-way valve during installation;
(2)The direction of refrigerant flow should be clearly marked on the outside of the check valve body;
(3) The steel cone, valve core and valve body must be well matched. Pay attention to the burr on the valve core.
4. Abnormal noise occurs during the working process of the one-way valve
a. The valve core and the check valve body are not closely matched. Because the valve seat port is too large, the gap when the valve core stays at the valve seat port is large, and the refrigerant enters the gap during the flow process, which causes the resonance to produce impact sound.
b. The copper scraps on the valve seat or the burrs on the valve core are not cleaned up when the check valve leaves the factory;
c. The oxidized impurities were not cleaned up when the welding one-way valve was installed;
d. The hair capillaries are inserted too deeply, causing a whistle-like sound inside. If the insertion is too deep, the air flow will be directly injected into the valve core, which will cause resonance problems.
5. The leakage of the one-way valve exceeds the standard
Because the gap between the valve core and the valve seat of the check valve is too large or the accuracy of the valve core is relatively poor when it is manufactured, the leakage volume exceeds the standard.
That's all about the one-way valve. The one-way valve is obviously much simpler than the four-way valve and the shut-off valve. But it must not be ignored because of simplicity. Pay attention to observation during use.
